Bloom 2024
Every year, Blackboard, Pinterest’s ERG for Black employees an allies hosts Bloom– a conference designed to foster community and connection. Blackboard Global Leads plan and design the conference with the support of Executive Sponsors. This year’s conference theme, “Still Blooming” inspired employees to learn, engage and build community with one another, participating in informative sessions around career development, financial literacy, culture and mental health.
